Greystar France appoints Vincent Dubusset as Senior Technical Manager

Paris, Monday 11 March, 2024 - Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development and management of high-quality rental housing, has announced the arrival of Vincent Dubusset as Senior Technical Director. Vincent will be responsible for the technical development of Greystar's portfolio, strengthening its presence in France and contributing to the company's portfolio of housing for students and young professionals.  

Vincent Dubusset joins Greystar after nearly 15 years leading on major operations within the Technical Department of BNP Paribas Real Estate, with work ranging from the Grands Moulins de Pantin to Métal 57 in Boulogne-Billancourt, a project recognised at MIPIM 2023.

A Civil Engineer, Vincent (50) graduated from the University of Oklahoma and holds a D.E.A. in "Materials, Structure and Reliability" from Blaise Pascal University.

Since its arrival in the French market in 2018, Greystar has become one of the leading operators in the residential market for students and young-workers in France. Greystar has16 residences and almost 4,200 beds, including 1,000 beds currently under construction in the Paris region, of which 650 beds will be delivered in July with the opening of the first Canvas residence in France, located in La Défense.
